Conditions:
- Plain text documents are capped at 2500 words, and every 2500 words thereafter are considered another document for accounting
purposes
- If the translation of plain text documents exceeds the annual limit, additional translations are charged at $2.28 per request
- Customers may upgrade to the higher package at any time
- Normal contract term is 12 months. Terms of 24 months or longer attract a 5% discount on the Annual fee
- Payment is quarterly in advance
