ToggleText holds no responsibility for the users' application of translation
You are completely responsible for the content of the documents and the implications of the translation and the manner in which it is used. Any use of the automatic translator is at your own risk.

ToggleText holds no responsibility for defects or loss of text
Although ToggleText employs all reasonable efforts in providing our services, ToggleText accepts no responsibility for the results of any errors, defects and/or risks associated with the use of its translator, including

• documents or text lost or damaged in transmission over the Internet
• a breach of confidentiality when a document is transmitted over the Internet.

ToggleText's Automatic Translation Service is provided on the condition that:

1. You use our services only for lawful purposes. The translator is not to be used to translate any of the following: obscene, defamatory, unlawful material or information and/or confidential or proprietary information, including trademarks or copyrighted information, belonging to a third party, without the explicit authorisation of the relevant rights holder.
2. You agree to indemnify ToggleText for all claims relating to your use of our services, and/or the reproduction or transmission of the material translated.

Limitation of liability
In no circumstances will ToggleText be liable for any indirect, specific, incidental, economic or consequential damages arising out of the use of the translator, including damages for loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, any interruption or delay in business, or other financial loss.

Your privacy
ToggleText recognises your right to privacy. Any information given to us is kept confidential. Translations may be stored for internal assessment procedures but will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
